MANDRA creates and hosts small-group journeys.

We plan the itinerary, bring the group together, coordinate the journey, and work with local partners along the way.

Some parts of your trip — including accommodation, transportation, activities, tours, and other services — may be provided by independent third parties such as hotels, drivers, guides, and activity providers.

These providers operate independently and are responsible for the services they provide.

MANDRA does not directly operate airlines, hotels, or transportation services unless specifically stated otherwise.

Unless a particular trip says otherwise, you must be at least 18 years old to book and participate.

By joining a trip, you confirm that you are physically and mentally able to participate in the activities described for that journey and that you take responsibility for your own well-being and behavior.

Every trip is different. Some may involve hiking, altitude, long drives, early mornings, remote areas, changing weather, or physically demanding activities.

We'll do our best to explain what to expect before you book. If you're unsure whether a particular trip is right for you, please talk to us.

Unless otherwise stated:

• Prices are shown in U.S. dollars (USD)
• A deposit or full payment may be required to book a trip
• Your place is confirmed only after the required payment has been received
• Prices may change until your booking is confirmed

By making a payment, you confirm that you accept these Terms & Conditions.

The payment schedule for your particular trip will be provided before booking.

We understand that plans sometimes change.

At the same time, we begin making reservations and financial commitments for accommodation, transportation, activities, and other services well before we leave.

We cannot provide refunds for missed days, arriving late, leaving a trip early, or choosing not to use services included in your booking.

If your plans change, please tell us as soon as possible. Where possible, we'll try to help, but we cannot guarantee a refund beyond the terms above.

Very occasionally, circumstances may make it impossible or unsafe for us to operate a journey as planned.

If MANDRA must cancel a trip because of safety concerns, logistical circumstances, force majeure, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control, any refund will be limited to amounts we are able to recover from the relevant suppliers.

We'll always communicate with you as clearly and as early as reasonably possible.

Travel doesn't always follow the plan exactly.

Weather changes. Roads close. Flights are delayed. Local conditions change. Occasionally an activity or accommodation becomes unavailable.

When necessary for safety, logistics, or the overall operation of the trip, MANDRA may change routes, schedules, accommodation, transportation, or activities.

We'll always try to preserve the spirit and important experiences of the journey.

Travel comes with some uncertainty — and active and outdoor travel can involve additional risks.

Depending on the journey, these may include:

• hiking and other physical activities
• altitude
• changing weather
• road and boat travel
• remote locations
• unfamiliar environments
• wildlife
• activities operated by third-party providers
• other circumstances that are part of travel

Please read the trip description carefully and ask us if you have any concerns before booking.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MANDRA is not responsible for injury, illness, loss, delay, damage, or additional expenses resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

This may include, among other things, weather, natural events, transportation disruptions, acts or omissions of independent service providers, or the actions of other participants.

Where MANDRA is legally found liable, our liability will be limited to the amount you paid MANDRA for the applicable trip, to the extent permitted by law.
